64B16-28.605: Class II Institutional Pharmacies – Automated Distribution and Packaging

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 14, 2009, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for Todd Zisek, R.Ph., on behalf of Omnicare of Tampa. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B16-28.605(5), Florida Administrative Code, which lists the requirements for pharmacists utilizing Centralized Automated Medication Systems.
