Interested persons are hereby given notice that a U.S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, Initial Plan of Exploration submitted by Eni US Operating, for Lloyd Ridge Block 411, was received by the State of Florida. Proposed activities include drilling up to seven exploration wells in approximately 9,800 feet of water located approximately 189 miles south of Florida.

The plan is available for inspection at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Office of Intergovernmental Programs, Room 953 DA, Douglas Building, 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard, MS #47, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3000, (850)245-2163. Written comments regarding this activity and its consistency with the Florida Coastal Management Program should be submitted to FDEP, at the address listed above, by October 30, 2009.
