Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing

PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
The Florida Public Service Commission announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: November 24, 2009, 9:30 a.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Commission staff will conduct a two-part workshop. Part I of the workshop will be a discussion of the 1992 Interim Report of the Tenth Statewide Grand Jury Report – Recommendations to Enhance the Integrity of the Process. During Part II of the workshop, staff will receive comments on whether amendments should be made to Rule 25-22.033, F.A.C, Communications Between Commission Employees and Parties. One or more Commissioners may attend and participate at the workshop. Undocketed.
