The Department of the Lottery announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: Thursday, December 3, 2009, 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) and continuing from day to day until completion of the agenda. Any changes in meeting dates and times will be posted on the Lottery’s website at: http://www.flalottery.com at least 7 days prior to the meeting.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Meeting of the Evaluation Committee to evaluate and score Replies for ITN 09-09/10, Production Services & Related Commodities and Services. Should it be deemed necessary, the Evaluation Committee may continue this meeting from day to day or to a future date and time. Subsequent to the completion of scoring of Replies, the Issuing Officer will open and read aloud the vendors’ Cost Replies.
