GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Meeting to consider the final bond resolution for the Saint Leo University transaction, including authorizing the issuance of the Authority’s revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $22,500,000 for the purpose of making a loan to Saint Leo University in order to refund certain outstanding obligations; approving the forms of documents awarding the sale of such bonds to Regions Bank and related matters; and to conduct regular board business.
