NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 17, 2009, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Francis McMahon, representing Kellygreen Company. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from Rule 64E-6.013, Florida Administrative Code, which specifies the construction materials and minimum standards for treatment receptacles.
