NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 18, 2009, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from subparagraph 64E-13.004(6)(a)1., Florida Administrative Code, from Global Outreach Charter Academy located at 9570 Regency Square Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida. This rule requires schools to have toilet and handwashing facilities for preschool grades through grade three located within or adjoining their classrooms. It also states that common toilet facilities for both sexes shall not be allowed above the 3rd grade.
