GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Consideration of changes to proposed rule 40D-80.075, F.A.C., describing the recovery strategy for proposed rule amendments to 40D-8.041 establishing minimum flows for the Lower Alafia River. These proposed rule amendments were noticed in the September 25, 2009, (Vol. 35, No. 38), Florida Administrative Weekly.
