NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 21, 2009, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for a waiver of the requirements of subsection 64B17-3.001(4), Florida Administrative Code. The Petitioner seeks a waiver of the requirement that foreign trained applicants receive a determination that the credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States.
