68-1.003: Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Grants Program
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to update the Florida State Wildlife Grant Program guidelines from September 2008 to February 2010. The guidelines are incorporated by reference into rule 68-1.003, dealing with the issuance of agency grants. The guidelines are being changed to update the referenced web site addresses; clarify the application preparation and submittal procedures; revise the application evaluation and selection process; and refine the reporting and invoicing requirements. These changes reflect the Program’s progress and development within the agency, along with the changes in agency policy.
SUMMARY: The amendment makes one change to Rule 68-1.003, F.A.C.; it changes the version of Florida State Wildlife Grant Program guidelines from September 2008 to February 2010.
