NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Daniel Villazon, Esq., on behalf of Everglades Housing Group, Inc. (EHG)The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 475.011(2), F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement stating that EHG is exempt pursuant to Section 475.011(2), F.S., from maintaining a Florida real estate broker’s license when its salaried employees provide property management services for the real property owned by EHG’s parent corporation’s affiliated companies.
