Panza, Esq., on behalf of NOVA Southeastern University, Inc.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 466.006(4)(b)2., F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
This petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 466.006(4)(b)2., F.S., which requires the Department of Health to consult with the board of Dentistry “in planning . . . arrangements concerning the administration of the examination [for licensure of dentists].”
