The Florida Greenways and Trails Council announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: February 11, 2010, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
PLACE: East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, Council Meeting Room, 309 Cranes Roost Blvd., Suite 2000, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701
DATE AND TIME: February 12, 2010, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
PLACE: East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, Council Meeting Room, 309 Cranes Roost Blvd., Suite 2000, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701. Depart at 9:00 for site visit to proposed location of Wekiva Parkway.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To conduct general business and election of officers. In addition the Council will consider designation of the Pine Creek Greenway in Broward County and the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail in Okeechobee, Martin, Palm Beach Glades and Hendry Counties as part of the Florida Greenways and Trails System. Members of the public who wish to join the site visit on February 12, 2010, should notify the contact shown below in advance of the meeting.
