The petition seeks the Board’s opinion regarding the definition of professional surveying and mapping, particularly photogrammetry, as set out in Section 472.005(4), F.S. (2009). In addition, it requests guidance on the employment of unlicensed individuals or entities, as it applies to Petitioner James H. Humphrey.
