The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: In accordance with Section 120.525 Florida Statutes, the Department of Management Services, Division of Telecommunications, will:
1. Describe potential changes to DMS’ approach to provide mobile communications services under the SUNCOM brand;
2. Demonstrate DMS’ new billing system for SUNCOM services known as the Open and Shared Information System (OaSIS);
3. Describe general planned enhancements to OaSIS and DMS’s business processes that will accommodate mobile communications services.’Additionally, DMS will seek suggestions from the industry on how to improve its systems, processes and strategic goals to maximize the value of mobile communications services for Florida agencies and other eligible users.
The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Weekly (F.A.W.).
