Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 35 No. 49, December 11, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The rule was under a preliminary review by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The comments made in the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee preliminary review pertained to the Notice of Change referring to the Notice as a Notice of Correction.
