NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 05, 2010, the Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems, received a petition for variance or waiver, pursuant to Section 120.542, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-104, F.A.C., from subsections 62B-56.900(13) and (14), F.A.C., Letter of Credit and Standby Trust Agreement respectively. The referenced forms are required by the Department to be used for providing proof of financial assureance pursuant to Rule 62B-56.090, F.A.C. The petitioner seeks a variance from the rule in order to modify certain provisions of the forms. The petition was received from Walter and Marilyn Kreiseder, James Meekison and Carolyn Keystone, Brian and Pamela Sullivan, Fritz and Ping Faulhaber, and William Crouse, regarding ST-1727 GT, an application to use geotextile containers as the core of a reconstructed dune. The properties are located on Casey Key in Nokomis Saratota Co., at 2209, 2207, 2305, 2309 and 2315 Casey Key Rd.
