6A-4.0163: Reading Endorsement Competencies
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to establish the updated six competencies that must be completed to earn the Reading Endorsement. The effect of this rule will be to establish a clear description of the six updated Reading Endorsement competencies and their accompanying indicators which have been updated to align with the most current research.
