NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 19, 2010, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for waiver or variance filed by Rosemarie Johnson, from Rule 64B19-11.005, F.A.C., with regard to the requirement that all applicants for licensure complete at least 2,000 hours of post doctoral experience under a supervisor whose supervision comports with the rule.
