PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board of Professional
Surveyors and Mappers (hereafter Board) is implementing Section 455.271(6)(b),
Florida Statutes, to establish the manner in which an individual applies to the
Board to possibly have his or here null and void license reinstated.
