40D-1.002: Delegation of Authority
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To incorporate well construction permitting agreements between the Southwest Florida Water Management District and Manatee County and between the District and Sarasota County into the District’s rules by reference. The effect will be to continue delegation of the District’s authority to regulate water well construction to the Counties, pursuant to Part III of Chapter 373, F.S., for another five years.
