NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 29, 2010, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for Dyson Apartments, West Palm Beach, Florida. Petitioner seeks a variance to the requirements of A17.3, Section 2.7.4, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, that requires upgrading 2 elevators for door restrictors which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
