NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 18, 2010, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for a permanent waiver filed on behalf of Karina Jeifez-Zagagi, Ph.D., from Rule 64B19-11.0075, F.A.C., with regard to closing the application file after 24 months if the applicant is unable to document the completion of the required 2,000 hours of post doctoral experience.
