The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners invites interested qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals for professional services to assist in the design of the Tourist Development Website. Requests for proposal will be received until 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 18, 2010 in the Management Services Department, 5-B E. Jefferson Street, Quincy, FL 32351. The RFPs will be opened immediately thereafter. Any and all late arriving proposals will NOT be accepted. All proposals will go through a Selection Committee. Interviews with the Selection Committee will take place the week of June 21st-June 23rd, 2010. Specifications may be obtained from: Management Services Department, Suite 5-B, E. Jefferson Street, Quincy, FL or by dialing (850)875-8660. This RFP is available on our website at: www.gadsdencountyfl.gov. Proposals will not be valid if not sealed in an envelope marked “SEALED PROPOSAL” and identified by the name of the firm, proposal number and time of opening.
