NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 26, 2010, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for Adam Sternak, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B17-3.001(4), F.A.C., which requires for foreign gradutes to have received a determination that the credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy.
