64B7-32.002: Documentation of Graduation from a Board Approved Massage School

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 04, 2010, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for a waiver or variance of Rule 64B7-32.002, F.A.C. with respect to documentation of graduation from a Board approved massage school. Petitioner seeks a variance or waiver from the requirement of an official transcript documenting the applicant’s training.
