NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 07, 2010, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Collier County Board of Commissioners, Application Number: 10-0216-1, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the County Road 951 Canal for existing safety cameras which includes poles with foundation and conduits; Section 26, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier County. The petition seeks relief from subsections 40E-6.011(4), (5), and paragraph 40E-6.221(2)(j), Florida Administrative Code, and the Basis of Review and criteria which governs placement of above-ground permanent and semi-permanent encroachments within 40' top of canal bank within the Works or Lands of the District.
