The State Board of Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Trustees of the State Board of Administration will consider proposed amended rules and will be asked for approval to file the following rules for adoption: Rule 19-7.010, F.A.C. (Pooled Investment Accounts); Rule 19-7.011, F.A.C. (Rate of Return Calculation); Rule 19-7.012, F.A.C. (Pool Participation); Rule 19-7.013, F.A.C. (Reporting Procedures); Rule 19-7.015, F.A.C. (Allocation of Earnings); Rule 19-7.016, F.A.C. (Close of Business); and Rule 19-7.017, F.A.C. (Pooled Investment Account Reserve Fund). Notice of Proposed Rule for these rules was published in F.A.W. on June 18, 2010. A rule hearing was offered for July 12, 2010, but it was not held because it was not requested.
