NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 08, 2010, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for Aravand Ganta, seeking a waiver of the requirements of Rule 64B16-26.2031, Florida Administrative Code. The Petitioner seeks a waiver of the requirement to pass the TOEFL exam.
