GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is the Final Public Hearing on the adoption of proposed amendments to Rule 69O-149.303, Florida Administrative Code, published on April 9, 2010 in Vol. 36, No. 14, of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The rule number in the Notice portion of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking is corrected to 69O-149.303.
