NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 09, 2010, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver/Variance from Rule 67-48.004, F.A.C., from American Opportunity For Housing-Greenview Manor, LP. The petition is seeking a waiver from the provisions in FHFC’s Universal Application (2006 Cycle) and Instructions Part III.D.1.f., which require “Horizontal grab bars around shower per ANSI requirements” for classification as Elderly housing.
