NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 08, 2010, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Plaza 3300, Inc T/A Central and Harbour Mobile Home Park, requesting variance from the lot size requirements in paragraphs 64E-15.002(2)(a) and 64E-15.002(2)(b), Florida Administrative Code.
