40B-9.081: Disposition of Surplus Real Property
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule is to clarify the criteria the Governing Board uses when considering whether to classify any District-owned real property as surplus lands, and to set forth the process to be followed when disposing of any District-owned real property classified as surplus land.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule will set forth the requirements for classifying real property as surplus lands and the procedures for disposing of surplus lands.
