34-7.010: List of Forms and Instructions
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: These amendments to Rule 34-7.010, F.A.C, are intended to satisfy the requirements of Section 120.55(1)(a)4., Florida Statutes, which requires agencies to adopt their forms in substantive rules. Thus, CE Form 1, CE Form 6, CE Form 1F, CE Form 6F, CE Form 1X, and CE Form 6X are being transferred to Chapter 34-8, F.A.C.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The financial disclosure forms that local officers, state officers, and specified state employees are required to file are affected by this rulemaking.
