NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 21, 2010, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from sub-subparagraph 64E-11.013(3)(c)1.c., Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from The School District of Lee County, Florida, 2855 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33966.
