NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has received the petition for declaratory statement from Joseph Gillespie. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 120.565, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
If Petitioner fails to pay the “Super Speeder” fee imposed under Georgia law, the Department will suspend and/or not renew his Florida driver’s license.
