Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 35 No. 39, October 2, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The rule number was published as 64B16-26.205, but the correct rule number is 64B16-26.206. The foregoing correction does not affect the substance of the Notice or the subsequent adoption of the rule.
