NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 02, 2010, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for an Emergency Variance for subsections 61C-4.010(6), (7), Florida Administrative Code, from Chef Dee’s Catering, Panama City Beach, Florida. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that at least one accessible bathroom be provided for use by customers. They are requesting to utilize bathrooms located within an adjacent licensed food service establishment under the same ownership.
