NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 04, 2010, the Board of Dentistry, received a petition for Gonzalo Romo De Miguel, seeking a waiver or variance of Rule 64B5-2.0146, F.A.C., with respect to the following licensure requirement: that each applicant for a Florida dental license successfully completes supplemental remedial education to the level of a graduating senior.
