GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of the Trustees of the State Board of Administration to provide for permission for the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to file the following rules for Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and to file these rules for adoption if no rule hearing is requested: Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements, and Rule 19-8.030, F.A.C., Insurer Responsibilities. In addition, the Trustees will address other general business.
