FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE

HAINES CITY, FLORIDA

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Haines City’s proposed project to construct water main extensions and convert two agricultural wells to public water supply wells will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total estimated cost of the project is $3,378,150. The projects may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
