PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish procedures, forms, and a schedule for biennial renewal of direct disposer licenses. This is mandatory rulemaking pursuant to changes made to Section 497.603(2), F.S., by s. 27 of Chp. 2010-125, Laws of Florida.
