PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish continuing education requirements for specified categories of licensees under Chapter 497, F.S. This rulemaking will amend existing Rule 69K-17.0034, F.A.C., to implement certain mandatory rulemaking requirements under Section 27 of Chapter 2010-125, Laws of Florida.
