GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Overview of Short Term Goals and Critical Issues, Case Studies: Strategic Planning, Balancing Access/Affordability and Quality Goals, and Planning Academic Program Offerings; University Funding, Student Tuition, Financial Aid and New Fees; System Structure, Articulation, Proximity Issues and Coordination of Academic Programming; and other issues related to the Board of Governors long term and strategic planning issues.
