NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 10, 2010, the Board of Accountancy, received a petition for Marline Duroseau, seeking a variance or waiver of paragraphs 61H1-27.0041(1)(b), (c) and subsection (2), Florida Administrative Code, and the requirement to obtain one year of work experience after completing the education requirements under the supervision of a licensed CPA.
