NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 22, 2010, the Agency for Health Care Administration, received a petition for Variance from or Waiver of subsection 59A-7.034(7), Florida Administrative Code, from the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The petition requests a variance or waiver of the rule regarding alternate site testing as to interstitial brain fluid rather than whole blood.
