Arellano Construction Company located at 7051 S.W. 12 Street, Miami Florida 33144, is requesting submission of Pre-Qualification Packages for all trades for the Florida International University, U.S. Century Bank Arena Expansion, Project BT-837. This project consists of an 11,825 square foot addition to the existing US Century Bank Arena. The two-story addition will house a new pre-function/lobby space on the First Floor along with support spaces including concession stands, ticket booth, retail and restrooms. The Second Floor will host 2 new meeting room areas.
