PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purposes and effects of the proposed rule development are to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2011, associated with general methods of taking game, protection of certain deer and turkey, tagging of deer and turkey, possession or sale of birds or mammals, taxidermy operations and mounting requirements, and the use of dogs for taking game.
