NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 06, 2011, the Board of Accountancy, received a petition for Alan K. Geer, seeking a variance from subsection 61H1-33.006(2), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that an applicant for reactivation demonstrate successful completion of the required number of continuing professional education hours.
