January 14, 2011 – Sealed bids will be received by Duval County Public Schools, Division of Facilities, Room 535, 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207, until the time and date(s) recorded below and immediately thereafter publicly opened and recorded in the Duval County Public Schools, School Board Building, 5th Floor, Room 513D, 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, Florida.

BIDS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2011 AND WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2:00 P.M. OFFICIAL PROJECT TITLE: Install Lighting Occupancy Sensors at Various Schools/DCSB Project No. M-84430/OFDC ITB-004-11

SCOPE OF WORK: Replace existing lighting toggle switches and wall plates with specified wall switch occupancy sensor and wall plate. This work will be performed at 40 schools within the district. Total budget not to exceed $75,000.00. This project is funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2010 (“ARRA”) funds, and is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA). Project funding is subject to availability of funds as authorized by the Owner. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bidders and subcontractors shall be licensed Contractors and registered corporations as required by the laws of the State of Florida.
